How have you girls been? I been good so far. Been sticking to my fast. In a couple days I will break it and then start again after two days. So basically fast Mon-Fri and break it on the weekends. Been my plan for months and so far so good. I need to lose my thighs, arms, cheeks, but, calves, and tummy. I know it's a lot. But I'll get it done. Just need to kick it up. I wanted to say (write) Thanks to the girls that wished me luck, i was actually gonna eat before that but I saw when I saw the comments and it said good luck It inspired me even more.
